DSTV, what you are doing is not right

On the 8th of December 2021 I won a 30 day upgrade to premium package which would have been allocated on the 25th of the same month. That day came and unfortunately I did not receive my prize. Upon enquiring about I was informed that it was scheduled to take place on the 25th of January this year. Again, that day came without my prize. Enquired about it once again only to hear back from them two days later saying that the matter has been escalated to the technical team. A week later I once again enquired about my prize and was told that it will be loaded today until the 1st of March. (Note that a 30 day upgrade has changed to a little over than three week prize due to February being a short month and the prize suppose to be allocated only on the 2nd) Today came and guess what? Yep, that's right, nothing...

I can not believe I have to litterally beg for something which I have won fair and square. Been a loyal customer of DSTV since 2006 and this is how I am being treated. I am 69 years old and honestly do not have the energy for this.

In the past I have threatened to cancel my subcription, but this time it is for real. I am done with them.
