Dstv what a perthetic service

Today i called in because i could not rent a movie but it was rented but was not playing the lady who help me instructed me what to do on my tv i did just that and advised to call in in a few minute i called in i got akhona gwayi on a call she instructed me to go to setting and reseted my whole settings and i lost all channels we got stucked on wizard it had no signal before i called in i had signal strength of 62 i cant recall quality when she reseted i could not watch tv,record ,rent ,lost airtime calling in for a problem now i have visitors no tv i wish i did not call for help as before i was able to view and enjoy dstv i was advised to call installer now i need to pay 600 for what akhona broke that unfair i don't have anymoney she should have found out my signal strength before reseting everything i pay R1000 every month for this service pathetic unfair charged for the movie i did not watch
