DSTV - WHAT A JOKE!!!
Dear Multichoice!!
We have been disconnected again for the 5th time this month!!! This is unacceptable….we have paid what is owned to you!! So the struggle just continues!
For the past 2.5 years, we haven’t had our DSTV Subscription active. We have given the sufficient notice to cancel the subscription with a month’s notice in 2017 already. YET, DSTV continued to bill us.
Beginning of October 2019 I requested to activate the service again. The consultant advised me to pay an amount of R809.00 to activate the subscription again one decoder only. So I paid the R809.00, but my account still shows R1500 in arrears which is incorrect!! The funds have never been allocated accordingly & every week we get disconnected & it’s a huge struggle every time to get the services activated again (WITH A R50 ACTIVATION FEE ADDED TO THE ACCOUNT EVERYTIME!!!) This is unacceptable that we get billed incorrectly for your negligence after spoken to almost 15 different Consultants.
For the past 2 days your system has been 'down'....no one can access any accounts and hence, we are still without DSTV in our home which we have paid for in full!!
One of the consultants has confirmed that DSTV have issues with the billing system/department. You need to get this sorted asap!!! AND activate my subscription ASAP!!! Because at this stage, we get penalised for your mistakes & incompetency and the account just gets higher and higher without anyone working on the account, not getting any feedback at all, nor allocate any funds to the account.
This is the worst ever Customer Service I experienced from DSTV/Multichoice.
The outstanding balance should be R0.00 with no activation fees or anything on the account. The only amount that is supposed to be visible, is the next month’s fee due!!!!
Pathetic!! I'm very disgusted in you!!!!
I'm sure I'll just be another client complaining ... and nothing will be done to get this sorted. We just need to pay pay pay....
I'm honestly sick to my stomach about how you treat your customers. No customer service at all. This is really absurd.
