DSTV WHAT A JOKE!

Upgrade to a R 899 Price Fix received my new explora decoder and got the installation done on Saturday 13 April.

Installer informed me that there is an issue at DSTV to activate the R 899 price fix from earlier in the week already. Since Saturday no-one at DSTV are able to able to fix, activate my new decoder. Tonight I was told that the price fix dept closes at 17h00 and that the call centre cant help....sorry...then put me on hold as I demanded to speak to the supervisor. Cancelled the call as no supervisor arrived after couple of minutes.

Hallo DSTV!!!.... people work and need help after 17H00. Absolute shocking service from DSTV to resolve my problem.....Perhaps time we all cancel our DSTV contracts and put an end to this media monopoly.
