DStv waste of money and time

DStv is a waste of time and money. I migrated from DStv to My Family Cinema 6 months ago, and what a posive difference. In terms of administration and accounts, and entertainment value, MFC outclasses DStv by the largest og margins. And, DStv cannot even reply to this forum in public - always secretly to the complainant, so we never know if the try to improve on their very poor service and entertainment offerings.
