DSTV - WASTE OF MONEY AND ENERGY

Took out DSTV on the 01 September 2019 after two year break, one PVR decoder (only), no second tv , no additional add-on , for the last two months I've been struggling to have my account sorted, when i received my first amount payable, it was wrong, I took the compact option, was billed for compact plus plus a second decoder, they were going to escalate and sort out, got my amount for this month, surprise, more than last month, when i phoned.. i now had three decoders and all the extra goodies. Luckily they are busy with Fibre in our complex , cancelling DSTV as soon as it is up and running, not wasting my time with anymore with *********** people and companies . And after every call , they escalate my complaint as the call center agents cannot fix it.
