Dstv wants you to pay for things you have won from them

Can you guys explain why I owe so much even though I canceled everything with you guys in August 2021.how Caan I pay for something I won? Then you have the guts to debit my account without my authorization in December and this year in 2022. I called countless time trying to ask you what the hell must I do now. I will not be made of a fool. Sort it out. I think this is the last time I'm going to be talking about this. Better sort it out.
