DSTV WANTS TO RIP ME OFF
My servicez were disconnected on the 8th of November because I couldn't make a payment. Today I want to downgrade and make payment, but the agent called Neo say I must pay for the previous package even though I didn't use, saying it was still active, I'm supposed to pay only for the reconnecrion fee and the package fee I'm downgrading to. Dstv wants to rip me off.
