DSTV wants to bill me more when the promotion was 3 months and agents are rude

I spoke to chat wit an Agent name Lisa Xulu and she was rude to me when I wanted to know why will be billed more next month since the was a promotion for 3 months and my last month was the end of June.That is unacceptable really.
