Dstv wants me to pay for services I didn't use

I need help with Dstv. I use their services on a month to month base. I stop using it in February 2023. I have receive a message that i owe them an amount of R1344.79. Which I don't understand where it comes from. On my credit score there is another amount of R1576.47 that I owe them. I use to pay R420.00 for my channels and change to stream which was R300.00 but I never used it. Can you kindly assist me as I don't understand how does Dstv want me to pay for services that I didn't use.

Thank you for your reply. But what is going to happen with the amount that's on my credit score. This is totally wrong because this is affecting my credit score.

I'm really unhappy for the treatments that I got from Dstv. I was threatened by 1 of your consultants who told me I will be black listed if I don't pay that outstanding amount.

I'm still struggling with Dstv who charges me crazy amounts that I never subscribed for. This is becoming un acceptable.. Daylight *******.

I need assistance again with Dstv as they've put charges on my accounts that I'm not I don't know of. I never signed up for their premium.
