I just received an sms from Multichoice telling me that they are unable to process my debit order. WHY are you trying to process a debit order for a service that I personally cancelled on your website? Don’t your systems talk to each other? Sort yourselves and your systems out and DO NOT try and process another debit order. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!
