dstv want me to pay reconnection fee 2 twice

I am not happy with the service I received from multi choice I called on the 21st to find out how much must I pay to get my service to be connected I was told by the call centre agent to pay R 160 of which I did but my service was still not connected I called them someone gave me the wrong information that I suppose to pay R 70 extra on top of what I paid but will be add on my instalment on the 3rd February of which I agree to .But after 2 days from an agreement my service was suspended again I was told to pay another reconnection fee of which now I thing they are **** they sucking people's pocket and they promise lairs I am still waiting for *****goa to call me even now . Please employ proper staff who know what they are doing not to giving us false information. I need my dstv to be connect and I am not going to pay another reconnection fee because of in competed staff and I also want to be refunded for the day where my service was disconnected because of their fault.
