Dstv walka unfair

Walka is switch off... no explination or letter ... after reading about it i send them mail. I am a loyal premium client but they are only giving people the R500 voucher if you pay R49 per month.. it was like a "free" service with premium so i dont get R500 voucher???????? I am serouisly looking at installing wifi and then only get netflix and showmax. It is going to work out much cheaper if this is how dstv is handeling premium customers!! I paid R 800 for a useless device because of dstv!!! There response: Only customers who were paying a subscription towards the Walka will be receiving the R500.00 voucher
