Dstv Walka refund from a useless, *********** and disinterested Multichoice

Shocking service from Multichoice! Dropped my DSTV Walka at their centre in Randburg 3 weeks ago. Was told I would have a Takelot voucher within 24 - 48 hours and still not resolved after multiple calls to call centre. Each time I have have been told that it has been escalated. Now I have been told that the call centre can’t do anything and that I have to drive to the centre to resolve it. The executive team are obviously unavailable and no one is willing to give me their contact details. Disgraceful service.
