dstv, walk in and phone service very bad

went to walk in center at n1 city on 13 Jan. 10h00 . wait 30 min in line and was serve@ counter 1 . The lady told me i must replace my decoder and she did. Went home and everything was messed up. phone them, nobody knew who was working at that counter that time because the dont know each other.Spoke to Basepsana who work with out a supervisor.she is her own boss, that she told me, her help was very poor as if the just knew basis stuff and i must take the decoder back. what a waste !
