Dstv Very Very Poor service

1 week for a change of ownership that's supposed to take 3 minutes to do.... And then I get an email to rate their service.... Now really???? My id no. Is ***.... And I paid for my services, but the decoder is Faulty..... So now I got another one..... But they can't transfer it to my name after i sent all the documents 3 TIMES?????
