DSTV - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LOOKING FOR MONEY!!!

I have cancelled my DSTV subscription more than 5 years ago (if not more). Today, I received a very shocking phone call from a debt collector - DSTV has handed me over!!! No one from their offices has contact me in this time since I cancelled, about any outstanding amounts that I owe. In fact, when I cancelled, they told me because it is not end of month yet (I have paid for month's subscription) I can still watch until they disconnect me. But they will cancel my subscription. I phoned their call center, but they can't give me answers. I asked the lady when was the last time that an amount was paid on my account and I got "It does not show because it was a very long ago". So what does that mean??? "Apparently there is still a package on your subscription, but I will cancel it for you". Duh, I cancelled years ago. I want my name removed from your systems, as well as the systems of your debt collectors!!!!! I won't be harassed with phone calls because of your stupidity and hunger for money!!!
