DStv VERY POOR SERVICE AND OVER CHARGING

I Agreed to a price lock on my account two months ago ,my account has been debited R1209 the lock was quoted at R899 . I have logged to queries ref numbers *** and *** they say they will respond within 24 hours not had a response as yet more than 7 days . I phoned today 10 October 2019 and was told they do not have an answer . This is totally unacceptable from a large company like DStv .
