DSTV - VERY POOR SERVICE

Poor and Very *********** Call Staff

I have tried to do a Price Lock on the 11/04 with a ref no. ***8/ I 149- with Sandy thereafter with ref no. ***8/ I 168 with Lugje and ***8 / I 174 AND ***8 Asanda and Thobeka and the latest is ref ***8 / I 183 . No one seems to be interested in helping customers. Now i have the incorrect value to pay and service are disconnected cause no one wants to assist . No managers are free to speak to customers . Today was the latest call and i bet the i will not receive a call back with the lady i spoke to The sad part is that i will be correct
