DStv very POOR customer service!!

Good day, I am so frustrated right now. I am a price lock customer. I wanted to activate my extra view and for some reason my old package was activated so they charged me for another package R800+. I have been trying to sort out my account for weeks now! In the meantime they keep on suspending my account that is up to date!! They are wasting my time and money, I keep on phoning holding for hours with no success!! Very very poor customer service
