Dstv very bad service

I was paying for my monthly installment as usual 420 for compact . Wen I was the till they told me I owe 880 I was very shocked . Then I called dstv and I didn't get any help . I have been holding n holding for ever I spend R400 on airtime still nothing . I'm very disappointed with dstv. I'm thinking of living it .
