Dstv very bad service

Dstv service is really pathetic and very bad. I made payments for my dstv streaming on the 03 of July 2024 to this day I am being taken from pillar to post had to make another payment the same month. I made payments again now in September the 2nd they claim that the money does not reflect again and nothing is being done I keep getting very bad service. My capitec bank checked and they confirmed that payments are banked by dstv but they keep on coming and saying they can not see the payment even after providing them with proof of payment.
