DSTV VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS LESS
Their call center you hold for 2hrs and still no one answer the phones. My account is disconnected downgrading to lower package according to them I can only upgrade not downgrade which was very new to me, no one answers the calls to assist but they debit whereas I'm disconnected
