DSTV utterly useless. A bunch of ******
Wish there was a zero star. the service received from DSTV is so pathetic. They say my account was upgraded and billed me for the amount. I told them I never did so. I was actually out of the country at the time when the so called upgrade was done. I have called so many times and no help has been rendered. Now they have cut off my services. Pathetic services I rue the day I ever joined dstv.

07 Feb 2022, 12:00I received a call from dstv the next day with the promise that all will be resolved within 24 hours at the most. But up till now, I have no services. This is really frustrating. Honestly is there an ombudsman t owhom we can report dstv???
