DSTV - Uthethical, Useless, Bunch of *******

Multichoice is one of the most useless and unethcial organisations I have ever had to deal with. I am ready to file a ******** charge of theft at our local police station because they are unable to provide me with a service and are doing everything possible in order not to refund my premium. Whenever I call their rententions department, my calls get accidentally dropped or I keep getting transferred from one person to the next because they do not have a single perosn who can take reposnsibility or they keep me holding for sometimes as long 30 minutes, hoping that I will put the phone down. They are making it impossible for me to get a refund of my premium i.e. in effect, they have ****** my money!!!. Trying to cancel my Telkom account many years back was an extremley stressful and difficult task but once it was done, it was very liberating knowing that I had seen the back of that company for the rest of my life. Hopefully by the end of February 2024 I will be able to say the same about this company. It is no wonder their subscribers are leaving in droves.
