DSTV Usless

I called DSTV to down grade my package and they told me that I cannot down grade because of their system. In put can be changed on the system. I have been a DSTV customer for more than 8 years and I have not defaulted on their account once but this is the service you get. There should be competition for DSTV as this is the reason for their limited service.
