DSTV using ****mers to sell decoders

Wy do you use OnAir TV to sell your decoders???? They are ****mers. The lady told me i must get the new DSTV decoder for the new soft wear. That my decoder wont work for long anymore and and and. When i received the new decoder I saw it was the same decoder that i have now, with the same serial number. I phoned to say that i don't want the same decoder and I'm not going to pay for something that i already have. Now they come with long stories: Please note that a collection fee will be imposed as follows: Packages that are still sealed will incur a fee of R150.00 Packages that have been opened will incur a fee of R350.00 Kindly view below are the banking details for payment to be made: I'm so sick of all these ****mers.
