Dstv uses ***** on customers

Worst service ever. I advise people not to use Dstv. On the 02.01.2025 I phoned in to cancel my Dstv. I got a response that it will be done and you pay in advance. I was told I won't be debited this month. But low and be hold I was debited. I called and I was told that the service is still active. There is nothing they can do but transfer me to retentions. The team leader refused to take my call. What a *******. To hold people at basically gun point. This ***** and *******. Also you were told and assured that no debit will go off so you don't plan for this. I advise people never use Dstv. I will never use them again
