DSTV - USELESS So-called helpdesk!
No wonder more and more people are kicking DSTV to the curb. Please get people on your so-called help desk that knows what they are doing! I have been struggling now for TWO DAYS to get somewhere but no luck. I cancelled my package at the DSTV shop in Feb. Well, I THOUGHT it was cancelled but now you are telling me I owe R188 on something I cancelled?!!!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!!
