DSTV useless service, shocking customer care
Shocking service from DSTV tonight! Tried to rent a box office movie - errors errors and after the call center hung up on me 3 times after being on hold - my de order now has an error saying no connection to primary source but DSTV have already added a rental to my account for a movie I cannot and do not have access to!!!!

26 Apr 2023, 23:02All words no action - clear my account of a rental I have not and can not watch! And sort my DStv access out - was watching dstv with nothing wrong - try rent a movie and now have no DSTV asking call center for help who just hang up on you!!!!
