DSTV useless service provider

DSTV MultiChoice is useless with their "Catch up" that is useless, for a week now I have not been able to access it and I am paying for this service, I have called 3 times already, spoke to 3 different people who seem to not have a clue on how to fix it

1st was Nobuhle who said she would send settings to reset and it will be ok after 48 hours that didn't work

Then was Denic who told me to check signal strength which is more than 88% and she was very impatient

Then Sharon who was very friendly, she gave me troubleshooting ideas, switching off for the plug, take out the LNB, that still didn't work, a week has gone by without being able to access the damn thing, one word Useless and their call centre agents are just as clueless as the company itself
