DSTV USELESS
the worst company in the world. No assistance for their customers. the complaints department does not know what it means 48 hours, complaints are not resolved. I am busy with a complaint 3 months already. still not resolved. they quick to take your money every month. the staff totally ***********. managers are never available. to avoid frustration don't ever use DSTV

10 Dec 2024, 11:41this is not acceptable at all, this has been going on for months. how long does it take to resolve issues, days, month or years. DSTV is quick to respond on Hellopeter but to solve problems the staff/ TEAM LEADERS, MANAGERS totally ***********, you send emails, they receive the emails and respond received but nothing is done resolving the problem. to call the office no human can assist. how can the complaints department only work on emails, but nothing is done on their side, why does the staff of DSTV get paid for. seems their is a lot of queries i called this morning I am no 81 will take 42 minutes for assistance, really, I am trying to solve the problems but NO assistance from DSTV after 3 months
