DSTV - USELESS AND ***********

About a month ago I received an sms that my Price Lock subscription is coming to an end. I contacted DSTV and was told that to re-apply which was approved. So I got a date for the installation of the new Decoder and I was soo impressed. On the day of the installation, I ensured that I would be at home and eventually received the phone call from the Installer asking for my address. It panned out that he was looking for my address is Sasolburg, only 1354 km away. After that things just went completely south. More phone calls telling me that my installation has been escalated until I received another phone call offering me a Price Lock contract from a commision hungry agent. When I explained my situation, she was quick to promise another escalation. So at this stage it seems that I have been escalated out of the system and no-one seems to be able to sort out the problem. Wow DSTV, stop your ********* and miss-leading adverti*****ts. Your *********** staff are unable to keep up with your promises. Pathetic and shocking! Thats what it is.
