DSTV - USELESS AND INCOMPENT

I am a Dstv Premium Subscriber and a loyal customer for years now. The past 2 months I can't use my Dstv now on my phone or tablet because of the users that is exceeded. For more than a year I have had 4 users without any issues but for the past 2 months none of the devices can be used because of users exceeded while not one of my devices is connected on the user because it keeps on blocking me. After several calls to Dstv no success because according to them I have exceeded my user limits while none of the devices is mine. There is no effort from their side to see what is going on and who is linked on my account. This is *****. According to the call center nothing is wrong on their side. Dstv is useless and they **** people just to make some money.
