DSTV USELESS AND AMANDA IS A ****

Its been going on for five (5) months now that DSTV cannot get the timing right on channel 117. They keep telling me that is not thier fault as it Universal channel. What I cannot understand is that it plays via DSTV? DSTV is shifting the blame. There was a lady Amanda that called me and gave me some flimsy story about its not DSTV and they cannot contact Universal Channel as Universal Channel is not available and not taking their calls and it seems that their email are bouncing as they have the wrong email address. Just to mention that this lady Amanda is a **** as well as she promised to give feedback and I have not received any feedback for months now. I think the best is that we as paying clients stop paying our DSTV subscriptions.
