DSTV - Useless!

We signed price lock almost a year ago, since May last year they were deducting different amounts every time. I phoned and went in to our local shop in Vryheid (apparently no one can help me), today i paid at the Kiosk in the store. The machine took my money then said not successful error. After that they couldn't help me get proof that i have made a payment. Still waiting for their call to sort this out.

I don't EVEN want DSTV anymore, you guys are completely useless!!!!! Beyond my understanding even!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
