DSTV = USELESS
<p>1. Took the Price Lock offer (in hind-sight a big mistake)</p> <p>2. Did all the paperwork, INCLIDUNG signing off on the Debit Order forms. This was 2-3 months ago</p> <p>3. Today, a lovely 16-4 error shows up. My services was just TERMINATED.</p> <p>4. Call DSTV - wow, I am in arrears since my Price Lock was activated </p> <p> </p> <p>WHHHAAAATTTT!!!???? I complete all the forms, agreed to a Debit Order, then DSTV cannot even have the decency to:</p> <p> </p> <p>A. Activate the Debit Order </p> <p>B. NOTIFY me about issues with billing</p> <p>C. Let me know they will terminate my service</p> <p> </p> <p>WASTED my time!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Multichoice and DSTV is USELESS - they are not fit to run a ****a shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Once my 2 years for this stupid Price Lock is up, I will not be renewing and staying FAR AWAY from anything to do with Multichoice and DSTV!</p>
