DSTV Useless!!!

I want to tell you that the personnel working at DSTV are USELESS!!!!! I app**** to change my banking details on the 14th of October 2020!!!! I had to go to the DSTV agent in Rustenburg 4 times!!!!!!!! Then I had to pay by card because nobody did their ****ing job!!!!!!!! Today my service was suspended so I phoned the manager in Rustenburg and swore at him. They went and checked on the system, and said that someone at DSTV head office who is a ****ing *****, deleted my package!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they are sending me a replacement decoder and will try and sort it out with the useless people at head office….
