DSTV useless

They are useless, they promised me on an email and message that the catchup on certain programs would be fixed by 1 Aug 2023 but I'm still waiting. When you chat to them they don't seem to know what is on the packages that they offer. I tell them which package I'm on and they tell me to go to another channel which is not part of my packag. I'm not prepared to pay a ridiculous price for full package when I only watch certain programs. I'm a pensioner and you dont get any discount whether you are working or not. The catch up only goes back a week not further which is rediculous. Totally disatisfied with there output to the community.
