DSTV Upgraded without my concent at walkin centre
My DSTV Package was upgraded without my concent at a walkin centre in Capetown, while I am staying in JHB. I called Multichoice 3 times costing me money for something that I do not want!! I requested Multichoice to downgrade my package from the unathorized package to my easy view package and apparently they can't
