Dstv upgraded without customers knowledge.

My friends"s dstv *** was upgraded without her knowledge .Now she hav to go to the dstv offices , she have to travel to the offices at cost.she hav to waste airtime for call .pls call her *** and sort this asap.she doesn't want any upgrade.
