DSTV Upgrade sucks

I scheduled an upgrade on Sunday 22 June 2019 for 25 June on the dstv app but immediately my service was suspended and when I called the centre they said the upgrade was pending. It is 25 June now and I am still cut off even though I paid R60 for the upgrade. Almost 3 days without DSTV but it reflects on their system I paid. I called 3 times already today to enquire.
