DSTV UPGRADE PROMO - SIGNED AND NOT DELIVERED

The absolute most ridiculous service ever, Firstly struggled for almost a week to upgrade our expired pricelock plan, Then when we eventually got it done, there is no further corrispndance, still waiting for delivery, no contact nothing, but they said it needs to be installed within a week! The new decoder hasn't even been delivered, We paying., they wanna sell but they can't even come get the stuff done in time, Still waiting, No wonder ppl are not signing dstv anymore,
