DStv unwilling to cancel debit order for DStv 1-month streaming

I subscribed to a one-month DStv streaming account to watch Wimbledon, and I cancelled the account at the end of the tournament. However, I’ve been unable to stop the debit order. I’ve tried cancelling it through the various online platforms and also spoke to two agents, but unfortunately, I haven’t had any success. I’ve even tried cancelling the instruction directly via the DStv streaming app. David Mason A/C ***
