Dstv unreward

I received a "dstv reward" for an uber eats with an expiry date of 31.01.2021 as per an email that was sent to me.

Upon trying to redeem it I learnt that it was expired. When making contact via email and being requested to provide screenshots of the voucher and attempt to use it all I was told is that the batch of vouchers was expired.

No replacement voucher or any further communication when asking for multichoice to actually make good on the supposed.

Why create a rewards program that if all you intend doing is sending expired vouchers. Extremely disappointed in what is essentially a ****.
