DsTV - unresponsive but takes your money nonetheless

If I can give zero stars I would. In May I attempted to subscribe online for Access package streaming and the money came off of my bank. However I still have not received access to my subscription to this date, regardless of my many attempts and contacts with DStv. No one at DSTv can help me. I have sent screenshots from bank account as well bank stamped bank statement showing the payment and still I have been ignored.
