Dstv unreasonable payment

Hello peter my dstv was disconnected since February the 4th but when I check my balance owed is 890 how if I may ask because I am not using any dstv resources I am disconnected. Will dstv give me the reasonable amount I want to pay but I won't pay 890 while not using the dstv
