Dstv -Unprofessional, inefficient,

I cancelled my DSTV subscription after 10 years of being a premium customer , I conduct a credit balance with DStv meaning that I pay in advance for their service , this credit balance is normally a few months in advance . I called up the Call Centre to amend my package unfortunately the consultant made a mistake an took out an additional 12 month contract instead of cancelling my contract , she even went to the extent of taking the funds from my credit balance that was being held at DStv , she promised me that I will receive a call from their Finance dept which I did not materialise until I had to call again and spoke tons gentleman called Morgan who was the supervisor he cancelled my contract and asked me to visit s Multichoice Office as the refund to my account was too large snd needed to be authorised, this afternoon I visited the Umhlanga Office and was disgusted and annoyed as to the responses given , firstly I sm owed R17 000 by them which they cannot refund until consultation with the Finance Dept which takes a week to reply , there is no contact for the Finance Dept except email , all correspondence must be emailed.<br> I refuse to do business with DStv and wait for my refund
