Dstv unknown charges.
I am writing this mail on behalf of my mother who is paying for a dstv access bouquet. She has been paying a standard fee of 110 rand, suddenly her bill due 2021-01-03 is 152.90. She would like to know what this additional 42.90 is for.
Upon using the live chat service on your website I was told that a payment reversal was made on 2020-12-05 which doesn't sound likely, even if it is the case why was her account not suspended? , her channels are still open to this day.
The assistant gave me an email address to take the matter further, ***, which does not work.
