Dstv unimpressed

I have upgraded from compact to premium. I payed the necessary fees but I have no active services 2hrs later. I have made more than 7 calls and no one has helped instead I have finished all my monthly airtime. The response I got where not helpful. As it is I have no TV for my pregnant wife @ home
